Our 1,200 square foot private personal training studio and newly renovated 1,600 square foot class studio are located at 619 Kingston Rd. West in Pickering Village (near the corner of Hwy 2 and Church St.)

Our class studio features natural cork flooring, which offers the firm smooth surface support that is necessary for exercise, and at the same time, it will flex and absorb shock. cork is a pure material. It doesn't off-gas or shed micorfibers and doesn't store mites an particles which become airbourne during impact while you're ventilating deeply. Cork is a renewable, reusable and self sustaining-resource. It is truly the environmental choice.

For our Hot Yoga series, we use Radiant Heating panels which reduce energy consumption by up to 40%.

At Optimum Bodies, we use Method cleaning products, which use non-toxic, naturally derived biodegradable plant based ingredients that are safe for the environment and for you!
