Prior to starting a personal training package, we encourage you to come in for a consultation with one of our trainers. This free consultation is a great opportunity for you visit our professional studio, get a feel for who we are and discuss the programs that will work best to get you to your goals.
 
1 on 1 Personal Training
Private sessions with a highly qualified personal trainer to help you achieve your personal goals.

Semi Private Personal Training
Get together with a friend and receive all the benefits of personal training at a fraction of the price.
1 hour:
 
Personalized Program Design
We will develop a personalized and highly structured training program to help you achieve your personal goals. You will review the program with your trainer to ensure you are comfortable performing each exercise.
4 week program:
 
Fitness Assessment
A comprehensive fitness assessment consisting of body composition analysis, flexibility testing, postural analysis, body measurements, core strength tests, blood pressure and resting heart rate.
 
Body Composition Analysis
10 - 12 site skinfold measurement to accurately track and assess change in body fat percentage.
